1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at vxcontrol.com (the “Site”), operated by VXControl L.L.C-FZ, a Free Zone Limited Liability Company registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Government of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under licence number 2538161.01 (“VXControl,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or related infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Use automated means to access the Site at a rate that exceeds normal human use, except in accordance with robots.txt.

3. Open-source software

Software released by VXControl on GitHub, including PentAGI, is licensed under the terms specified in the respective repository (typically the MIT License). Your use of any such software is governed by the applicable open-source license, and not by these Terms.

VXControl reserves the right to use its trademarks (including “VXControl” and “PentAGI”) in accordance with applicable law. Open-source licensing does not transfer trademark rights.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, content on the Site (including text, graphics, logos, and the visual design) is the property of VXControl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Open-source code is licensed separately under the terms set out in each repository.

5. Permitted use of our software for security testing

VXControl’s offensive-security tooling, including PentAGI, is intended for use only against systems for which you have explicit, documented authorisation to test, or in research environments you own and control. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable laws, including computer-misuse and data-protection laws in your jurisdiction.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and any open-source software are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. VXControl does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VXControl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any open-source software made available by VXControl.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VXControl, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

9. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. VXControl is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites. Inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement.

10. Modifications

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
